I'm glad we were able to deliver your flowers arrangement for you. Yes we do have a very larger delivery area. We cover Bright, Plattsville, Tavistock, Stratford, Kitchener , Waterloo, Wellesley,Baden and New Hamburg and many points in between. But we are always happy to check for someone if we can do a delivery in an out laying area.

I really appreciated the phone call to tell me that the arrangement I chose online would need to be adjusted with a different colour of flower due to what was in stock. It gave me the freedom to change my mind. I was happy just to have the flowers sent to my love one. :)

I know it said other colours may be substituted but when ordering an all yellow arrangement I found it odd to substitute red roses... But were happy my mil loved the arrangement

Thank you for your feed back. The arrangement you selected on line is called Expressive Blooms and has Orange roses , Yellow Snap dragons and Lilies and Bronze Daisies in it. When we do a substitution we try to keep the same flowers in the design, so roses for roses, and in this case we had lavender or red in the shop. I felt the red was more in keeping with the feel of the design. I am glad you MIL loved the arrangement.

Thank-you very much for delivering the flowers on Sunday Morning. It was great that I didn’t have to worry about the flowers (ie. Picking them on Saturday and getting them there Sunday in good shape.)

I have never had a flower shop go so above and beyond for me. I wanted to send flowers to a relative after they lost someone close to them and don't live in the area. After calling all flowers and charm and having a brief discussion with Melissa she was right on track with what I wanted to send and was even willing to email a few ideas as well as the finished product when she was done so I was able to view what was going to be sent. I was not sure I wanted to order on line as I like to see what i'm getting first. BUT the flowers you sent for us for Christmas were AMAZING!
